Dr. Diana Gáler works with high achieving professionals from many industries, who are unwilling to settle for the status quo in their careers and in life. They are ready and willing to work hard to make the change they desire. Her clients have followed tried-and-true career paths and have a record of accomplishment. And yet, they may find themselves facing new challenges for which they feel unprepared – whether as a consequence of increased or new responsibilities, or from circumstances they consider beyond their control. They may feel exhilarated by these challenges, or lost and without a map.

Diana has held diverse leadership positions in Pharmaceutical Research and Development, including in the scientific disciplines and in strategic management and operations. She has worked with senior executives and high potential directors from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, financial services, insurance, medical device and technology fields.

Diana has a Ph.D. in biochemistry and studied coaching at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She has been certified as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and takes pride in continuing her education in the fields of coaching and other allied subjects.

A native of Argentina, Diana is well aware of the role that culture can play in relationships and the workplace. She is available to coach in English as well as her native Spanish.

Liz has strong leadership coaching skills that impact and inspire clients to strengthen their abilities and/or shift their behavior for positive changes. She has a proven track record in creating a supportive and inspirational environment in which clients are moved into concrete action. Liz trained as a coach at the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach. She is also an accredited Board Certified Coach (BCC) by The Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Liz enjoys working with clients to help them arrive at greater clarity and purpose about the possibilities that lay ahead. Together they set achievable goals, eliminate any fears, counterproductive habits and thoughts that are success roadblocks, and achieve breakthrough results in work and in life. Liz brings over 20 years experience in training and development in Fortune 500 corporations, coupled with a lifetime of professionally supported and independent learning, understanding, distinguishing and matching of tools, skills, resources that are best suited when coaching an individual’s challenge. Liz also speaks to groups and conducts webinars on resilience, and other leadership topics for organizations. She is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University, New Jersey.
