Coaching has greater and more lasting impact on leaders than training programs alone. While one-time training programs are useful in introducing concepts or methodologies, the ongoing support and accountability practices that are the hallmarks of coaching result in greater and more lasting effect. Improved work and business performance, time management and team performance are among the business improvements identified in studies conducted by the International Coaching Federation.

Carefully selected assessments and feedback instruments allow us to identify blind spots and gaps to address them effectively. Our coaching programs are then tailored to the needs of the individual and/or team to address the specific goals and gaps.

NEW HIRE ACCELERATION
  • A 3-6 month coaching program to ensure new hires create alignment with new organizations, including their managers, peers and staff
  • Typically 12-24 hours of coaching plus one three-hour group meeting with staff
NEW LEADER TRANSFORMATION
  • A 6 to 12-month coaching program, including assessments and 360 feedback to identify and address leadership gaps and bridge a transition from individual contributor to group leader
  • Typically 24-48 hours of coaching delivered in person or by video/teleconference. Additional time for staff meetings, if appropriate
IMPROVING INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS
  • Diagnose social and communication styles using online assessments and practice how to better understand own and other’s reactions to improve the effectiveness of communication
LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS COACHING
  • Coaching for high potential leaders, including feedback from 360 interviews and appropriate assessments to identify strengths and opportunities. Typically, 24-48 hours of coaching
TEAM LEADER/TEAM COACHING
  • Evaluation of team “health” and specific needs through assessments and interviews
  • Coaching the team leader and the team, including a minimum of two 3-hour group meetings, and 12- 24 hours of coaching with the team leader and key members of the team
PROJECT ACCELERATION
  • Based on Lean Development, a key management tool at Toyota, a series of workshops designed to eliminate “waste” from projects, design accelerated process and implement over a three-month period
