Diana, you are fantastic, I loved how you engaged all of us and really listened to what was going on with our “issues” and took the time to address them while still staying focused on the confidence theme. I now have a lot more tools that I can put to use every day and I have even made a “deal” with myself that I’m letting go of all the CRAP… While that won’t be easy and may take some time, I have learned from the skills you have taught me… I have started meditating and taking time to control my thoughts and put them in the right place every day, actually taking one day at a time (definitely works with confidence too). Thank you for being so kind and always listening and making me feel comfortable talking to you and feeling like your class was a “safe” place to talk to everyone.

– Marcy Gross, President, Sheldon Gross Realty, West Orange, NJ

As a young black immigrant woman in America, I constantly find myself in spaces breaking barriers and defying limiting beliefs. On the surface, I would certainly consider myself a confident person. After all, in order to occupy these spaces, I’ve taught myself that being the best is the only option. This constant need to be the best led to putting off goals. Diana challenged that assumption asking, what am I postponing to achieve perfection?
The Confidence Workshop has brought confidence to the forefront of my mind. I was able to valuably self-reflect and elevate my self-awareness. This has truly been a catalyst to pursue goals that I have been putting off on this quest for perfection. In this short time, I have already achieved one of my goals that we set in the Workshop. I am so grateful that I was able to participate in this workshop early on in my career and I look forward to applying the tools learned as I continue my Confidence Journey.

The confidence workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills, meet other like-minded professionals and hone your practice of self-awareness and self-confidence. I found Diana’s tools and techniques invaluable as I navigated working with staff, my board and community. After taking Diana’s class, I was able to successfully re-negotiate my contract and secure additional compensation. Without this workshop, I would have never taken the steps to ask for the compensation I was given.
